Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free trial

New subscribers can try MQSolbot free for 3 days. You provide payment details to start your trial, but your card is not charged until day 4. You receive full access during the trial period.

Cancel during the trial → No charge. Use /cancel in the bot, email support@mqsolbot.com, or click the cancellation link in your trial confirmation. Cancellation is immediate.

After your trial

If you do not cancel before day 4, your card is charged $99 USD and your subscription begins. From there, you'll be billed $99 each month on the same date until you cancel.

7-day refund window after your first charge

We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of your first paid charge — no questions asked.

If you decide MQSolbot isn't for you within 7 days of your first $99 charge, email support@mqsolbot.com with the subject line "Refund" and we'll process a full refund within 3 business days.

After the 7-day window

After your initial 7-day refund window, subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If you cancel:

• Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
• You retain access until that date
• You are not charged for the next month
• No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of the current period

Exceptional circumstances

We will consider refunds outside the standard window in cases such as:

• Billing errors or duplicate charges
• Service unavailability that prevented your use
• Other extraordinary situations on a case-by-case basis

To request a refund under exceptional circumstances, email support@mqsolbot.com explaining the situation.

How to cancel

You can cancel any time:

1. In Telegram: Use the /cancel command in the MQSolbot bot
2. By email: Email support@mqsolbot.com with the subject line "Cancel"
3. Through your receipt: Use the subscription management link in any of your billing receipts

Cancellations are processed within 24 hours and usually within minutes. You'll receive a confirmation by email.

Disputed charges

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please email support@mqsolbot.com before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer. We can almost always resolve billing issues directly and faster than the chargeback process. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate termination of your account.
