MQSolbot is a software-as-a-service tool delivered via Telegram. The service scans publicly available data on the Solana blockchain to identify newly launched projects and applies automated filters (community sentiment signals, on-chain activity metrics, and safety indicators) to surface a curated daily selection for informational review.
The service is delivered through an automated Telegram bot, a private members Telegram channel, and optional email communications related to your subscription.
MQSolbot is a software discovery and information tool. It does not provide financial advice, investment advice, trading signals, recommendations to buy or sell any asset, or any form of financial services. The service does not handle, custody, or transact any funds on your behalf.
To use MQSolbot, you must be at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into a binding contract, not be barred from using the service under the laws of your jurisdiction, and provide accurate registration information. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason permitted by law.
You may be required to provide your Telegram username and email address to access MQSolbot. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, all activity that occurs under your account, and promptly notifying us of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain account security.
New subscribers may receive a 3-day free trial. To start a trial, you must provide valid payment information. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and your payment method will be charged.
The standard subscription fee is $99 USD per month, billed monthly in advance.
Payment is processed by our third-party payment providers, including Paddle.com Market Limited (acting as merchant of record for card payments) and Helio (operated by MoonPay, for SOL and USDC payments). Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms.
Paid subscriptions automatically renew each month until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize us, through our payment providers, to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
We may change subscription pricing from time to time. Any price change will be communicated at least 30 days in advance and will not affect your current billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time using the /cancel command in the MQSolbot bot, by emailing support@mqsolbot.com, or through the subscription management link in your billing receipts. Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing period; you will retain access to the service until then.
Refunds are available as described in our Refund Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

All content, software, and materials delivered through MQSolbot — including the bot interface, briefings, branding, and accompanying materials — are owned by Genesis Nomad Inc. or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the service for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
MQSolbot is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Genesis Nomad disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Without limiting the foregoing:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Genesis Nomad Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of MQSolbot.
Our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Genesis Nomad Inc. and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of any third party.
We may suspend or terminate your access to MQSolbot at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email and/or through the service. Your continued use of MQSolbot after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Genesis Nomad Inc. regarding MQSolbot. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them at our discretion.
